· Yes. Textiles used in our functional adaptive apparel and protective wear are selected for high breathability, fluid resistance, and skin safety, conforming to OEKO-TEX standards to prevent skin allergies, irritation, or pressure sores during prolonged use.

· Yes. We provide end-to-end OEM/ODM services, including custom garment design (e.g., magnetic/velcro closure adaptation), custom fabric selection, private brand labeling, barcode printing, and custom outer packaging boxes.

Q7: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

· MOQs vary depending on the product type and customization requirements. For standard catalog products, we maintain flexible MOQs. For custom OEM/ODM items (e.g., specific dyed adaptive fabrics or custom-printed packaging), the MOQ typically ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces. Q8: Can we request product samples before placing a bulk order?

· Yes, we encourage sample testing before mass production. Standard stock samples are usually provided free of charge (with freight collect). For custom functional samples (such as specialized adaptive clothing prototypes), a nominal sampling fee applies, which is fully refundable upon placing a bulk order.

o Standard bulk orders: 15–25 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.

Q10: What are your accepted payment terms?

· We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Typically, we work on a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Q11: How do you handle quality control and inspection before shipment?

· Quality control is integrated into every manufacturing stage through our central laboratory and dedicated QC team. We perform raw material testing, cleanroom line inspection, and pre-shipment AQL audits. Third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, TÜV, BV) are welcome.

Q12: Can you ship products directly to our warehouse overseas?

· Yes. We support various international trade terms including FOB, CIF, CFR. Our shipping team works with global freight forwarders to handle sea freight, air express, and customs clearance directly to your designated destination.
