o Answer : Our standard MOQ depends on product category and fabric availability. For standard protective wear, it ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 pcs; for adaptive apparel, it is typically 500–1,000 pcs per style/color. For initial market testing, we support flexible small-batch trial orders.

o Question : How long does sample development take, and what is the sample fee?

o Answer : Standard samples take 3–5 business days, while custom-dyed fabrics or complex patterns take 7–12 days. We charge a nominal sample fee, which is 100% refundable/deductible upon formal mass order placement.

o Answer : Intellectual property protection is our top priority. We welcome signing a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to project discussions. Your custom patterns, proprietary designs, and packaging specs will never be shared with third parties or reused.

o Question: Can you handle Amazon FBA or specific warehouse packaging and labeling requirements?

o Answer : Yes. We provide full private label solutions including tagless labels, custom box/polybag packing, FNSKU/UPC barcode application, and master carton shipping mark printing—fully compliant with Amazon FBA and institutional warehouse entry standards.

o Answer : Standard mass production lead time is 20–30 days upon sample confirmation and deposit receipt. For urgent medical tenders or seasonal campaigns, our flexible production line can prioritize expedited processing.

o Answer : We support FOB, CIF, EXW terms. Our standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against BL copy or prior to shipment). Irrevocable L/C at sight is also negotiable for long-term partners.
